The Nook browser extension

Save an image, a video, or a whole page from anywhere on the web straight into your spaces — in one click.

Works on Chrome, Edge, Brave & Arc

Set it up in a minute

  1. 1

    Download & unzip

Download the extension and unzip it — you'll get a nook-extension folder.

  2. 2

    Open your extensions page

In Chrome (or Edge / Brave / Arc), go to chrome://extensions.

  3. 3

    Turn on Developer mode

Flip the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner.

  4. 4

    Load the folder

Click Load unpacked and select the nook-extension folder you just unzipped.

  5. 5

Pin Nook to your toolbar, click the icon, sign in, and choose a space to save into.

  6. 6

    Start saving

Hover any image or video and click the nook button, right-click a page and choose Save to Nook, or open the popup and hit Save this page.

This is a developer (unpacked) install while Nook isn't on the Chrome Web Store yet. Your browser may show a “Developer mode extensions” note on startup — that's normal and safe to keep.
